Then, on Tuesday Merrick went to bed with a normal mouth of teeth. 30 minutes into the supposed slumber she called out to me alarmed. It turns out she had suddenly discovered that her tooth was loose. That was an understatement, it was SUPER loose! By mid breakfast the next day, the tooth was gone! Notice how I think teh tooth fairy accidentally gave a five instead of a one :)!

Exciting Week
Well, we got a surprise snow for a few hours, so the kids lived it up while they could!

Signs of the Apocalypse
I am so wishing we could get some winter weather here. It has been a severely dry and mild winter in Southern Oregon this year. Right this second you can drive 20 miles north or south from here on I-5 and it is shut down due to snow storms…yet somehow our tiny little valley is a strange pocket of weather that resists the white powdery stuff….oh well.
I am not sure there is even such a thing as the apocalypse, but if there is, this surely must be a sign:

Stevie Wonder performing with the Jonas Brothers…….man, SO BAD it made “I Just Called to Say I Love You” look good!

Polar Dusting
The goofy weather men here in the Rogue Valley started saying last Thursday that a snow storm was coming. Some went as far as calling it the "Polar Express". Despite a few short lasted flurries....when we went to bed last night, the ol' weather man was striking out!!!
So, imagine my surprise this morning when I was awakened at 7:00 by shouts from my sons room of "Hooray! Hooray!". I went running in and he was jumping on his bed claiming that the ground was covered in snow! And by golly...the weather man got it!
So....we went outside to play as quickly as we could, as the forcast called for a warm front moving in to melt it away pretty quickly! So.....enjoy the picsmy friends:

We found the neighbor girls and played snow foot ball and had a snowball fight (which Jude followed with shouts of "missed me missed me now you gotta' kiss me")

Next we built a small little snowman...Merrick's 1st--which she proclaimed to be a "Snowgirl" and named her "Jewelry".

It's all gone already......but we sure had fun!
